A
man on a mission, and what a unique mission it is. As a member of "The
Hunting Party" he's the only operative ever able to successfully go
undercover as a vampire, making them believe he's one of them.
When he read Simon's reports on the young vampire
Belle he had laughed
out of his graveyard, a particular clue intrigued him. The way the young
vampire sensed her prey was very unique, as only 2 other vampires ever
had the same sense: The Dracula, and The Dracula's son "Alucard". He
realized Belle was a living descendant of The Dracula from before she
became The First Vampire, and now was potentially a second "Dracula".
After the near-extinction that "Alucard" and Trevor Belmont almost
brought about, he wouldn't risk another descendent of The Dracula trying
to end them. Belle had to die, and he hatched a plan with Simon, who wanted to kill the
Buffy fangirl he was stuck teaching Vampire Hunting to.
Then something went wrong. He was hit with The Punchline in the fight,
and it burned him.
It burned him because he's a vampire. He's been one for a long time,
because he's The Second Vampire. Yes, that means he's a spy. Yes, that
means his cover in the den of the vampire hunters was now blown with it.
Now that The Dracula
has returned, he has returned to the role he knows best, that of "The
Educator".
When the Dracula returns from her slumber, it's his job to 'teach' her
about all the things that have changed since she last was brought low by
yet another member of The Belmont Clan. This time, he had the
unfortunate task of having to teach her about a return he never expected
to see: That of The First Hunter.
Vincent has lately harbored some concerns about his Dark Lord. Concerns
that she's has softened up from the Nightmare of Europe she once was.
Those concerns aren't eased at the coming of "The Benevolent Sadist",
The First Hunter. Vincent wonders what vampires will do if their Dark
Lord and Progenitor is too soft to fight someone that's as horrible as
She once was?
